The excursion starts with the pick up at your accommodation in El Calafate, from where you will drive 25 km along Route 11 to Cerro Frias.
There, from the Hostería Eolo, you will start the horseback ride up the slope of the hill, observing lenga forests and native flora and fauna. You will start the ride crossing a valley to start climbing up the slopes of the mountain. Within 30 minutes of starting, you will have views of the Centinela Valley and the Torres del Paine.
You will continue the route uphill until you reach the high fields of the hill, where you will be able to see the cattle of the estancia and wild animals such as guanacos, hares, foxes, armadillos and skunks. From this field, you will have a breathtaking view of Lago Argentino, Torres del Paine, Brazo Rico and the valley of the estancia Anita among others.
Upon returning to the base of the hill, you will enjoy some free time in the barbecue area of the estancia.
The activity concludes with a return to the city of El Calafate, with new memories of Patagonia.
