The excursion begins with pick-up from your accommodation in El Calafate and a scenic drive along the shores of Lake Argentino toward the Estancia 25 de Mayo Nature Reserve. Along the route, expert guides will share information about the region’s flora, fauna, geology, and glacial history.

The first stop is at the impressive cliffs overlooking Lake Argentino, where you’ll enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the landscape and the majestic Andes Mountains.

Next, you'll visit the Archaeological and Rock Art Area, home to ancient cave paintings that reflect the legacy of the Tehuelche people, who left their mark on these lands thousands of years ago.

The experience concludes with a gourmet tasting inside the Walichu Caves, paired with one of the clearest skies on the planet.

Afterward, you'll return to El Calafate.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

This service may be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days prior to the scheduled start date.

• Cancellations requested between 7 and 4 days before the service date will incur a 30% penalty.
• Cancellations requested within 3 days of the scheduled departure will incur a 100% penalty.

In case you wish to reschedule the service:

• Changes may be made free of charge up to 8 days prior to the activity date, subject to availability.
• If the rescheduling request is made between 7 and 4 days before the activity, a 30% penalty will apply, and the change will be subject to availability.
• Changes requested within 3 days of the activity will incur a 100% penalty, and remain subject to availability.

The value expressed corresponds to the excursion with transfer included in regular service in 4×4 vehicles.

Discounts available for children (3 to 12 years old inclusive). Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat, free of charge.

All bookings must be paid by bank transfer, bank deposit, credit or debit card. Credit card payments will incur a 6% surcharge. The booking is only taken with the 100% of the payment.
