Live a 4×4 adventure through Cerro Huiliche and enjoy unique panoramic views of El Calafate, Lake Argentino, and the Andes mountain range. Discover ancient landscapes and geological formations that tell the story of Patagonia.

| Pick up from your accommodation. Transfer from El Calafate to Cerro Huiliche to start a 35 km journey over the hills behind the town.

| Natural viewpoint at 1050 masl. First stop to enjoy panoramic views of El Calafate and the main body of Lake Argentino, with the Andes mountains in the background. On clear days, Fitz Roy, Torre, and the glacier accumulation zone can be seen. Possible sighting of condors soaring overhead.

| Stone Labyrinth. Exploration of formations from the Cretaceous period, 85 million years old, once the bed of a river, with visible fossils from a millenary past.

| Return to El Calafate. Transfer back to your accommodation, ending the activity.

• With prior reservation, you can add a 30-minute quad ride from the refuge at the top of Cerro Huyliche. You will travel 8 km among ancient formations and unique landscapes, and then rejoin the 4×4 vehicles and descend to El Calafate.
