The excursion starts with the pick up at your lodging in El Calafate, from where you will be picked up from where you will be taken to the Estancia.
Once there, you will be welcomed with mates and tortas fritas, accompanied by the fascinating history of the place and its activities, which have been carried out since the beginning of the 20th century.
Among the attractions offered by the Estancia, you can enjoy a sheep herding demonstration and explore the beautiful surroundings along the Calafate Creek, arriving at the old shearing shed and corrals. Here, you will witness the shearing of sheep with scissors and visit the organic vegetable garden that supplies the estancia’s barbecue area with fresh vegetables for dinner.
After the tour, you will enjoy dinner at «El Quincho» restaurant, where you can enjoy a traditional or vegetarian menu, followed by a folkloric show with typical Argentine dances.
Finally, return to the hotel in El Calafate.
